Property Owner Responsibility
The Alberta Weed Control Act requires landowners to rid their properties of Prohibited Noxious weeds and to control and prevent the spread of Noxious weeds.

Although these two plants have been removed from the Alberta Weed List, please do not underestimate their ability to invade and displace natural habitat.
