Weed control and invasive plant management are important for protecting properties and natural areas throughout the Summer Village of Sunset Point.
Under the Alberta Weed Control Act, landowners are required to remove Prohibited Noxious weeds from their properties and to control and prevent the spread of Noxious weeds.
Residents are encouraged to monitor their properties and become familiar with the following problem weeds found in the Village.
